One contract, one invoice
However many trainers, languages or classes, you deal with PECSB alone: one quotation, one purchase order, one invoice.
Business English for your managers, Bahasa Malaysia for expatriate staff, Mandarin for a sales team, after-school English for your pupils. We find the trainers, check them, run the timetable and send one invoice.
However many trainers, languages or classes, you deal with PECSB alone: one quotation, one purchase order, one invoice.
PECSB is registered with HRD Corp, so if your company pays the levy, staff courses can be claimed against it.
Every trainer passed our interview and a scored demo lesson, and we checked their qualifications, two references and right to work.
Online, at your office or school, or at our centre in Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur.
Trainers mark a register for every session, so attendance and hours taught are on record for your HR team or an HRD Corp claim.
If a trainer is ill or leaves, we bring in another checked trainer, so the course carries on.
Planning wider staff training, beyond languages? See our corporate training.
Who is learning, how many, the goal, where and when. We reply within one working day.
English learners take our free placement test, so each group starts at the right level. Then we suggest trainers who fit.
A trial lesson with your team, so you see the trainer teach before you commit.
We send the quotation, help with the HRD Corp application if you are claiming, and confirm the timetable.
Teachers apply to us, and most are not listed. These are the checks a profile shows; a teacher who has not passed one does not get its tick.
We see the original certificate: CELTA, DELTA, TESOL, a teaching degree, or the equivalent for the language.
A score report we verify ourselves, or a native speaker's interview with our Academic team.
Each teacher teaches us a short lesson, scored against six points: aims, level, learner talking time, feedback, exam knowledge and their own language.
A teacher living in Malaysia must be allowed to work here. A teacher abroad who teaches online needs no Malaysian pass.
From a school, centre or employer they taught for.
To teach anyone under 18: a check against the Malaysian child-offender registry or a police clearance from their country, our code of conduct and safeguarding training, renewed every two years.
If your company is registered with HRD Corp and pays the levy, yes, up to your levy balance and once HRD Corp approves the grant. We prepare the course details your application needs.
We quote each course once we know the group, the goal and the hours. Nothing is charged before you accept the quotation.
Yes: after-school English, language clubs and holiday programmes. Anyone teaching pupils under 18 is cleared by our child-safety checks first.
Yes, in Kuala Lumpur and the Klang Valley. Lessons can also run online, which suits teams in several cities or countries.
