Premium Entrepreneur Consultant Sdn Bhd is the parent company behind Premium Language Centre — founded in 2014 as a fully Bumiputera entity, registered with the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Home Affairs, and partnered with 32 Malaysian institutions — and, since 2026, three more in China.
